Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications that power core products and platforms.
- Develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing across teams.
- Execute full SDLC for solutions targeting both business and consumer customers.
- Collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams to bring features and APIs to production.
- Demonstrate strong leadership presence to inspire team members.
- Comfortable with distributed systems and large datasets.
- Prioritize automation to enhance efficiency wherever feasible.
- Ensure compliance with observability best practices and technical design standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in web application development
- Professional experience with the MERN stack (and TypeScript)
- Experience with performance and optimization problems and a demonstrated ability to both diagnose and prevent these problems
- A love for automated testing
- Proficiency in state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, etc.)
- Experience working with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Experience designing and operating distributed microservices in containerized environments
- Proficient working experience with modern auth constructs such as JWT, Claims, OAuth 2.0****
