About the role

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include making outbound calls to financial institutions, conducting data entry, maintaining timely follow-up activities, participating in daily team huddles, collaborating with external institutions, maintaining attention to detail, utilizing intermediate Excel skills, and ensuring compliance with data security protocols.
Requirements
- Operations experience within a financial or call center environment; excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong organizational and multitasking abilities; attention to detail and accuracy; high technical aptitude, especially with Excel and macros; ability to work independently and as part of a team. Nice to have: previous call center experience, experience in financial services or banking, familiarity with Wealth systems such as ISM, EIS, and Ticketing, bilingual proficiency in French and English, prior experience working with macros.
