Requirements
Operations experience within a financial or call center environment; excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong organizational and multitasking abilities; attention to detail and accuracy; high technical aptitude, especially with Excel and macros; ability to work independently and as part of a team. Nice to have: previous call center experience, experience in financial services or banking, familiarity with Wealth systems such as ISM, EIS, and Ticketing, bilingual proficiency in French and English, prior experience working with macros.
