About the role
- Lead technical delivery for a Law 25 regulatory project in banking. Work with cloud, large data sets, analytics, and regulatory reporting in a hybrid Toronto role.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical delivery from inception to deployment for a regulatory (Law 25) initiative. Drive SDLC design, documentation & best practices. Work with large data sets, analytics & regulatory reporting. Code, test, deploy & support builds across environments. Collaborate across multiple Pods & internal stakeholders. Perform defect triage, environment validation & mentoring. Provide estimates, forecasting & status reporting.
Requirements
- MUST HAVE: MS Azure (Cloud), Data Governance, Regulatory & Analytics projects, PySpark, SQL, Databricks, Synapse, Power BI, Tableau, Large Data Analysis & Insights, Data/Text Mining, Optimization, Automation, Technical Documentation & Schema Interpretation, Strong Communication & Stakeholder Collaboration, Project Management experience, 5+ years experience, Computer Science or related. Nice to Have: Banking / FI experience, Law 25 exposure, Experience presenting to senior leadership.
