Maintain thorough understanding of industry regulations and emerging issues, ensuring compliance. Handle sensitive and confidential documentation with discretion and professionalism. Support team initiatives and promote a positive work environment through collaboration. Participate actively in ongoing training, cross-training, and skill development to enhance performance. Uphold the company’s Code of Conduct with integrity and sound judgment.
Requirements
2 to 4 years of relevant administrative experience in a banking or financial services environment. Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), Acrobat Reader, and general Windows applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently with critical thinking abilities. Nice to Have: Previous banking experience. A post-secondary diploma or degree. Experience with operational or back-office banking functions.
