Responsibilities
Provide Level 1 helpdesk support for a major Fortune 100 retailer, handling customer service issues, problem escalation, and technical support in both English and French. Position requires working some evenings and weekends, with initial training period of 3 weeks Monday-Friday 7am-4pm EST, followed by ability to work 2pm-11pm shifts.
Requirements
University/College degree in a related area of study, or equivalent experience. Relevant work experience in a retail help desk or call center. Demonstrated teamwork experience. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English & French). Familiarity with support area for problem escalation. Strong motivation and team building skills. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work some evenings and weekends.
