About the role
- BSA (FI/Banking) needed in Downtown Toronto – hybrid, $84/hr. Must have 8+ years BA/BSA experience in large enterprise environments.
Responsibilities
- The role involves eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements for system changes/enhancements including APIs, data feeds, platform configuration, and workflow. The candidate will work cross-functionally with Digital, Marketing, Product, Data/Analytics, Engineering, and external vendors to align on scope and delivery.
Requirements
- 1) 8+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst (or comparable role) delivering solutions in large enterprise environments; financial services experience is an asset. 2) 3+ years’ hands-on experience eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements for system changes/enhancements (APIs, data feeds, platform configuration, and workflow). 3) Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Digital, Marketing, Product, Data/Analytics, Engineering, and external vendors to align on scope and delivery is critical for this role.
