Responsibilities
Review and update branch floor plans; prepare station review documents in Excel for branch validation. Coordinate with branch contacts, external vendors, and internal teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues. Act as Point of Contact (POC) during migration events, including evenings, for smooth communication and troubleshooting. Execute pre-migration, migration, installation, and post-migration tasks. Explain technical changes to non-technical branch contacts in plain language. Track employee information, create user profiles, and ensure successful WebEx registration. Support branch staff during the transition from physical phones to WebEx voice solutions. Monitor migration progress, escalate issues, and document resolutions. Ensure migration communications (timelines, instructions, FAQs) are sent ahead of events. Validate connectivity and voice services post-migration to confirm branch readiness.
Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst. Strong proficiency in Excel for documentation and reporting. Experience with infrastructure, networking, and voice services. Previous experience supporting end-users in migration projects.
