Must-Have Skills: 3+ years BSA experience in insurance (personal lines: auto, residential). Agile methodology (Scrum/SAFe). Insurance rating experience (rating engines/models). Strong Excel skills for actuarial sheet validation. XML, APIs, SQL proficiency. Ability to design/support rating algorithms. Nice-to-Have Skills: Guidewire or other policy administration systems. Commercial insurance product exposure. Advanced rating engines and actuarial configurations. Underwriting/Pricing team collaboration. SAFe Agile experience beyond basics.
