About the role
- Container Security Consultant needed for 12-month contract with enterprise bank in Toronto. Must have strong container security experience with OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes.
Responsibilities
- The Container Security Consultant will work with an enterprise banking client to enhance and mature their container security program. This includes defining security processes and operating models, supporting POCs, establishing operational frameworks, and working with runtime security monitoring tools to detect unauthorized access, crypto mining, and file system integrity changes.
Requirements
- Strong experience in container security within enterprise environments, preferably a major North American bank; hands-on experience with OpenShift, Docker, and Kubernetes; experience with runtime security monitoring including unauthorized access attempts, crypto mining detection, and file system integrity changes; proven ability to enhance and mature container security programs; experience defining security processes and operating models rather than performing hands-on scanning/testing; comfortable working with security tooling to define solutions, support POCs, and establish operational frameworks.
