Responsibilities
- The Senior Data Scientist is responsible for leading advanced analytics and AI initiatives in Wealth Management, transforming data into actionable insights that enhance investment decision‑making, client experience, and operational efficiency. The role combines deep quantitative expertise, Wealth Management domain knowledge, and applied AI/ML leadership to deliver scalable, compliant, and production‑grade solutions. Key responsibilities include designing and deploying advanced analytical, machine learning, and AI models for Wealth Management use cases such as portfolio construction, client segmentation, predictive analytics, and risk analytics; partnering with business teams to frame high‑value use cases; guiding feature engineering and model validation; collaborating with Engineering and MLOps teams for model operationalization; and mentoring junior data scientists.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, or quantitative roles. Strong experience applying ML/statistical models in large‑scale enterprise environments. Proven Wealth Management or Investment domain experience, including portfolios, advisory, or client analytics. Proficiency in Python/R and data science tools; strong statistical and analytical foundations. Experience working with large datasets, data platforms, and modern analytics pipelines.
