- Our banking client is hiring a DevOps Engineer for Software Currency for a contract-to-permanent opportunity. Candidates must have Capital Markets experience and working with workflows. Experience with trading platforms is a big plus. They are located in downtown Toronto and will be onsite 3-4 times per week.
Requirements
- Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills: 1) 7-10+ years’ general experience in IT (flexible) 2) Experience with: PL/SQL, SQL Loader, UNIX Tools, shell scripting (Bash, Perl, Python), JAVA, XML, HTML 3) EOL Software Support analyst should understand Linux fundamentals, including file systems, permissions, package management, and command-line utilities. 4) Infrastructure management experience including provisioning, configuring, and maintaining servers and networking components. Experience in Tools like Ansible, Puppet for automating infrastructure management tasks. 5) Experience with user management, software installation, and system monitoring. 6) Hands‑on experience with Docker for containerizing applications and dependencies.
