Responsibilities
- This is a full-time Hybrid position for a DevOps Engineer to join as a founding member of our infrastructure team. You'll work closely with developers to improve deployment pipelines, manage cloud infrastructure, and implement monitoring and reliability practices. This is a hands-on role where you'll help shape our DevOps culture and processes as we scale.
Requirements
- Required Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in a DevOps or related role. Strong experience with AWS services and infrastructure-as-code (preferably CDK). Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, ideally GitHub Actions and Terraform. Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, or similar). Solid scripting skills, preferably in Python, bash, or JavaScript. Understanding of networking, security, and cloud cost optimization. Ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
