About the role
- Junior/Intermediate DevOps Engineer role in Toronto (Hybrid). Build CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, deploy Java/Spring Boot apps on OpenShift, and collaborate with DevOps teams.
Responsibilities
- Build and implement GitHub Actions workflows from scratch. Develop CI/CD pipelines for Java / Spring Boot applications. Deploy and manage applications on OpenShift (Kubernetes). Collaborate with DevOps & development teams to streamline releases. Troubleshoot and optimize deployment pipelines.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience (Junior to Intermediate level). Strong hands-on experience with GitHub Actions (must-have). Experience with Java / Spring Boot applications. Hands-on exposure to OpenShift / Kubernetes. Experience building CI/CD pipelines end-to-end. Knowledge of Docker, Linux/Unix. Cloud exposure (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
