About the role
- Digital Architect role for the Government of Alberta requiring strong enterprise/cloud architecture skills. 8-month contract with possible extension; public sector experience is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Digital Architect role focusing on enterprise architecture, cloud, containerization, infrastructure-as-code, large-scale system design and integrations, and UX/human-centered design. Strong stakeholder communication is required.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Software/Enterprise Architecture. Experience with Cloud, Containerization & Infrastructure-as-Code. Large-scale system design & integrations. UX / Human-centered design exposure. Strong stakeholder communication. Public Sector experience is MANDATORY. Nice to have: .NET, APIs (REST), CI/CD, DevOps, Security (Zero Trust, RBAC/ABAC). Must work from within Canada. Valid Canadian work permit required.
