About the role

  • Email Marketing Specialist to execute multi-channel campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Contract role with hybrid work in Toronto, requiring 3-5 years experience.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and execute automated customer journeys in SFMC (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio). Segment audiences using data insights and SQL for personalized campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and more. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable engagement and conversion improvements. Optimize campaigns with A/B testing, reporting, and performance analysis.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in CRM, lifecycle, or email marketing roles. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Audience/Contact Builder). Proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, HTML, and CSS for campaign customization. Experience in loyalty programs, financial services, or high-volume customer-centric environments is a plus.
