Requirements

Experience supporting vendor relationships and coordinating service providers within a corporate environment. Exposure to office moves, workspace planning, or facilities projects is considered an asset. Strong organizational and project coordination skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and facilities or space management systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience working in corporate real estate or facilities management in a multi-site environment. Familiarity with space management software or workplace management platforms. Knowledge of Canadian workplace safety regulations and facilities standards. Experience supporting workplace transformation or office relocation projects.
