- Seeking an experienced Infrastructure Lead to support enterprise infrastructure across on-premises, hybrid cloud, and virtualized environments, focusing on stability, security, and automation.
Responsibilities
- The Infrastructure Lead will support the deployment, configuration, and day-to-day operation of Windows, Linux, and hybrid cloud environments; administer VMware platforms; manage backup and storage solutions; deploy and maintain Azure Stack HCI; manage server hardware; ensure high system availability; manage PAM and MFT solutions; administer VMware Horizon VDI; support network security configurations; work with security teams; manage identity and core services; support backup and disaster recovery; troubleshoot system issues; support application deployment; lead infrastructure projects; act as escalation point; participate in on-call rotations; maintain service availability; develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, and Bash; support configuration management; monitor systems; and leverage log monitoring tools.
Requirements
- Experience Required: Windows Server 2019/2022/2025 (advanced), Linux (basic to intermediate including RHEL), VMware ESXi/vCenter, Azure Stack HCI/Azure Local, Omnissa Horizon VDI, log monitoring tools, understanding of Zero Trust principles, ITSM/ITIL experience. Preferred: Microsoft 365/O365/Exchange/Teams/SharePoint, AWS or Azure support experience, familiarity with Cisco or Palo Alto networking.
