About the role
- ServiceNow ITOM/Operations Lead for long-term contract. Manages IT operations, quality control, process improvement, and compliance using ServiceNow Discovery and ITOM.
Responsibilities
- Lead role managing IT operations, quality control, process improvement, and compliance. Responsibilities include overseeing ServiceNow Discovery schedules, integrations, plugins, and platform upgrades; analyzing operational performance data to identify improvement opportunities; coordinating with IT leadership and stakeholders to deliver operational insights; and applying strong understanding of IT operations governance and continuous improvement practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience managing IT operations/ITOM, quality control, process improvement, and compliance. Strong experience with ServiceNow Discovery and IT Operations Management capabilities. Experience analyzing operational performance data and identifying improvement opportunities. Ability to oversee Discovery schedules, integrations, plugins, and platform upgrades. Experience coordinating with IT leadership and stakeholders to deliver operational insights. Strong understanding of IT operations governance and continuous improvement practices.
