About the role

  • IT/Technology Talent Acquisition Specialist for a global financial services leader. Own the full recruitment lifecycle for technology hiring in a hybrid role based in Downtown Toronto.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of 20โ€“25+ active requisitions across technology functions. Develop targeted sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent. Partner with hiring leaders to drive end-to-end recruitment from intake to offer.

Requirements

  • 5โ€“7+ yearsโ€™ Talent Acquisition experience in both agency + corporate environments. Deep networks and proven success recruiting IT/Technology professionals in competitive markets. Strong stakeholder management and consultative partnership skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions with urgency and precision. Previous experience recruiting in fast-paced dynamic environments is highly desired (e.g. start-ups, technology, telecom).
