About the role
- Seeking a Systems Operations Specialist for advanced technical support of enterprise systems for Government and Law Enforcement customers. Requires 2+ years experience, Windows/Linux knowledge, scripting, and SQL.
Responsibilities
- We are seeking a Systems Operations Specialist to provide advanced technical support for enterprise systems used by Government and Law Enforcement customers across Canada. This role focuses on troubleshooting, system administration, deployments, customer support, and maintaining service levels in mission-critical environments.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in systems administration or technical support (beyond help desk). Diploma or degree in Computer Science or related field. Knowledge of Windows and Linux systems. Scripting experience (PowerShell, Bash, Python, etc.). Basic SQL/database knowledge. Strong customer service and communication skills. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed. Ability to participate in after-hours/on-call support.
