We are seeking a Systems Operations Specialist to provide advanced technical support for enterprise systems used by Government and Law Enforcement customers across Canada. Requirements
2+ years of experience in systems administration or technical support (beyond help desk). Diploma or degree in Computer Science or related field. Knowledge of Windows and Linux systems. Scripting experience (PowerShell, Bash, Python, etc.). Basic SQL/database knowledge. Strong customer service and communication skills. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed. Ability to participate in after-hours/on-call support.
