About the role

  • Marketing Manager needed to coordinate targeted campaigns for personal lending. Manage timelines, collaborate with teams, and ensure flawless execution across channels.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily requirements to ensure targeted campaigns are delivered on time with flawless execution, including planning, data segmentation, and content development. Coordinate campaign delivery across channels such as email, direct mail, and other marketing channels, ensuring all steps are completed accurately and on schedule. Oversee campaign activities, including timeline tracking, creative and translation management, and stakeholder review process facilitation. Serve as a primary point of contact across internal teams and external agencies, proactively following up to prevent delays and bottlenecks. Support prioritization, sequencing, and work plan management by tracking dependencies and escalating risks as needed. Assist in basic analysis and reporting of campaign performance, compiling insights and summaries for stakeholders and senior management. Maintain strong partnerships with cross-functional teams through clear communication and organization, ensuring alignment on expectations and deadlines. Review marketing assets for completeness, accuracy, and compliance, providing actionable feedback ahead of launch. Monitor and manage campaign budgets, including invoice processing, expense tracking, and flagging variances.

Requirements

  • Typically, 2-3 years of relevant experience in marketing and finance within a banking environment. Proven experience in CRM, email marketing, digital marketing, direct marketing, and marketing analytics. Superior verbal and written communication skills. Strong relationship management, influencing, and collaboration abilities across various seniority levels. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Data-driven decision-making and analytical problem-solving skills. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to execution excellence. Results-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Degree or diploma in business, marketing, finance, or a related field.
