Responsibilities

Assist in basic analysis and reporting of campaign performance, compiling insights and summaries for stakeholders and senior management. Maintain strong partnerships with cross-functional teams through clear communication and organization, ensuring alignment on expectations and deadlines. Review marketing assets for completeness, accuracy, and compliance, providing actionable feedback ahead of launch. Monitor and manage campaign budgets, including invoice processing, expense tracking, and flagging variances.
Requirements
Typically, 2-3 years of relevant experience in marketing and finance within a banking environment. Proven experience in CRM, email marketing, digital marketing, direct marketing, and marketing analytics. Superior verbal and written communication skills. Strong relationship management, influencing, and collaboration abilities across various seniority levels. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Data-driven decision-making and analytical problem-solving skills. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to execution excellence. Results-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Degree or diploma in business, marketing, finance, or a related field.
