Responsibilities
Enhance & maintain IT data repositories for disaster recovery and asset management. Design/optimize workflows and automation using SharePoint, Power Automate, and Teams. Translate business requirements into functional specs, workflows, and design documents. Perform regular audits, data validation, quality assurance, and compliance checks. Troubleshoot technical issues, minimize downtime, and develop test plans. Provide training, user support, and knowledge transfer to staff at all levels. Collaborate with program manager on progress reporting and milestone communication.
Requirements
Mandatory Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science (include copy). 5+ years experience as a Technical Analyst. Highly Valued Qualifications: Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 tools (especially SharePoint, Power Automate, Teams). Proven experience setting up/maintaining data repositories or similar platforms in M365. Strong skills in requirements gathering, functional/technical specification writing. Excellent troubleshooting, audit, QA, training, and stakeholder communication abilities. Microsoft 365 certification (asset).
