About the role
- Network Security Engineer managing security operations, implementing architecture, and providing L3 support. Expertise in Checkpoint, Cloudflare, Zscaler, and network protocols required.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day Operations according to customer environment. Develop and implement network security architecture, policies, and procedures. Provide L3 level support on critical/outage situations. Implement and maintain Checkpoint firewall infrastructure. Work with Cloudflare CDN/security solutions, RADIUS/TACACS+/802.1X, ClearPass Policy Manager. Utilize Zscaler tools (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX). Design and maintain Zero Trust Network Access, Firewalls, VPNs. Maintain email security platforms. Create documentation following NIST/CIS standards. Identify operational inefficiencies and drive improvements. Manage and mentor team of network security engineers. Focus on automation across multiple technologies.
Requirements
- Minimum 8-12 years overall experience. Minimum 8 years in Information Security. Minimum 6 years running a Security Operations Center for large organization. Proficiency in: Firewalls (Checkpoint), NAC (Aruba Clearpass), Web application Firewall (Cloudflare), Web-Proxy (Zscaler), Email Security (Abnormal AI), Load balancer (F5 BIG-IP). Understanding of Security Change Management, Rule Base Reviews, Security Incident Management. Good English communication skills. Industry certifications (CCSA/CCSE, CCIE) highly desirable. Preferably Graduate with Science/Engineering.
