About the role
- Network Support Analyst managing LAN/WAN operations and SCADA systems for critical utility networks. Onsite in Regina with Cisco, firewalls, and monitoring tools expertise.
Responsibilities
- Full LAN/WAN operations, provisioning, monitoring, and 24/7 incident response. Lead SCADA network integration – technical specs, MOPs, testing, commissioning, and ongoing support. Manage Cisco firewalls, IDS/IPS, SolarWinds, Cisco Prime, NetFlow, and advanced routing/switching. Handle OS patches, driver management, VLANs, VoIP/video, and disaster recovery testing. Provide capacity planning, performance optimization, and knowledge transfer to the team.
Requirements
- CCNP or equivalent + CCDP or equivalent (include copies). Demonstrated experience implementing and operating enterprise data center networks. Strong hands-on with Cisco equipment, firewalls, troubleshooting, and problem resolution. Expert knowledge of data center technologies and network systems.
