About the role

  • Hiring OCM Lead in Halifax, NS. Requires Power Utilities experience and leading OCM for large-scale transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Organizational Change Management for large-scale transformation programs, including developing and executing enterprise OCM strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, and supporting operational, technology, and organizational transformation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Power Utilities experience mandatory; extensive experience leading OCM for large-scale transformation; strong experience supporting operational, technology, and organizational transformation; experience developing enterprise OCM strategies and stakeholder engagement plans; understanding of organizational readiness, stakeholder impact analysis, change communications, adoption planning, workforce transition support, training coordination; experience across business, operational, IT, OT, regulatory, and executive stakeholder groups; strong facilitation, stakeholder management, communication, leadership; ability to manage organizational resistance, alignment challenges, adoption risks; experience supporting operational readiness, workforce transition, cutover, go-live, stabilization, hypercare; preferred experience in utilities, ISO/RTO organizations, operational technology environments, or regulated industries; familiarity with operational control centers, operational transformation, mission-critical environments preferred.
