About the role

  • Payroll Administrator for a 3-month contract in Waterloo, ON. Process biweekly payroll for up to 1,000 employees, manage payroll changes, and respond to inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Process and transmit biweekly payroll (up to 1,000 employees). Calculate overtime & statutory holiday pay. Manage new hires, terminations, leaves & compensation changes. Prepare and submit ROEs. Respond to payroll inquiries.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of full-cycle payroll experience. Experience processing biweekly payroll for 500+ employees. Multi-provincial payroll knowledge. Intermediate Excel skills.
