Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or regulated industries; proven ability to convert complex processes into automated workflows; hands-on experience with low-code/no-code automation tools (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate); strong understanding of AI concepts including large language models, prompt engineering, and multi-agent systems; experience in consulting, solution design, and requirement gathering; ability to identify and synthesize patterns across multiple use cases.
