- We’re Hiring: QA Analyst Location: Downtown Toronto (Hybrid – 2-3 Days Onsite) Rate: 40/hr Must-Have Skills: 1. 2+ years’ experience in financial services or fraud-related roles (AML Analysts, Fraud Analysts, etc.) 2. Demonstrated ability to express strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy (quality assessments) 3. Experience navigating fraud monitoring systems, telephony platforms, and/or case management tools (PRM Tsys, AS400, Pega) 4. Demonstrated ability to analyze QA results, identify trends and root causes, and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders 5.
