Responsibilities
- Lead testing teams in manual system testing, system integration testing, and API projects with expertise in payments domain including ACH, EFT, Wire, and Instant payments. Streamline testing processes and mentor junior testers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Requirements
- 13+ years experience leading testing teams in manual/system integration testing. 7+ years hands-on experience with test plan/strategy development, functional testing, and leading API projects. Experience in Defect Management, Selenium, HP ALM, JIRA. Strong knowledge of payments domain (ACH, EFT, Wire, Instant payments). Experience with ISO20022 changes and payments messages. Understanding of payment rails like SWIFT. Experience in waterfall and Scrum projects. Ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
