About the role
- We are hiring a Release Train Strategist II to facilitate Agile delivery, PI Planning, and cross-functional collaboration within a SAFe environment.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning sessions. Coordinate software releases across multiple Agile teams. Manage cross-team dependencies and ensure timely delivery. Identify and remove delivery roadblocks to improve product quality. Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to prioritize features. Drive continuous improvement and foster collaboration across teams. Track and report release metrics to optimize delivery performance.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) or Release Train Strategist. Strong understanding of money movement, global/electronic transfers, or payment systems. Hands-on experience working within a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment. Experience using Jira and Confluence.
