About the role

Freelance Scrum Master role at BMO Global Asset Management for digital web ecosystem delivery. Requires Contentful CMS experience and 7+ years in delivery, 5+ as Scrum Master.

Responsibilities

Agile delivery for enhancements on Contentful (CMS) and related web applications. Public-facing digital experiences for clients and advisors. Continuous delivery across content, personalization, analytics, APIs, and digital ops.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM®, PSM®, or equivalent – required). 7+ years in delivery, including 5+ years as a Scrum Master in complex digital environments. Hands-on experience with Contentful or similar enterprise CMS platforms (required). Strong command of Agile (Scrum/Kanban), with working knowledge of PMLC & SDLC. Expert with Jira (system of record); Confluence experience expected. Comfortable navigating regulatory, operational, and governance requirements. Freelance / incorporated and not attached to an agency. Based in the GTA (reasonable distance to office).
