About the role
- Scrum Master for banking client in Toronto. 12-month contract-to-hire, $55-60/hr, 3 days onsite.
Responsibilities
- Scrum Master role supporting a banking industry client with exposure to Mainframe systems or .NET full stack, Angular/React, Kafka event-driven architecture, Java-based services projects. Must have 5+ years as Scrum Master/Agile Delivery Lead with proven Agile SDLC experience.
Requirements
- Must have exposure to Mainframe systems (e.g., DB2, IMS) or .NET full stack, Angular/React, Kafka event-driven architecture, Java-based services projects. 5+ years as a Scrum Master/Agile Delivery Lead with proven Agile SDLC experience. Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe preferred). Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)-required. Background in banking/capital markets and familiarity with investment/RESP platforms. Proficiency with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps.
