- Lead Agile transformations and drive AI-led cybersecurity initiatives as a Scrum Master for a top financial client.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Support teams during transition from SAFe-like models to Agile methodologies. Organize and optimize team pod structures supporting AI cybersecurity initiatives. Remove impediments and shield teams from external distractions. Coordinate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure backlogs are clear and prioritized. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and Agile best practices. Track and report on team performance metrics using Jira, Confluence, or similar tools. Support Agile maturity across teams and advocate for process enhancements. Encourage collaboration and communication within the team and with stakeholders. Manage WIP limits and help teams achieve predictable delivery cycles. Facilitate Agile ceremonies ensuring all team members are engaged and prepared.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of project management and Scrum Master experience. Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies. Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to facilitate meetings and drive team engagement. Experience supporting teams in Agile transformations. Strong stakeholder management skills.
