About the role
- Experienced Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager needed for 12-month contract in downtown Toronto. Lead Agile teams, facilitate ceremonies, coach stakeholders, and support digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple Agile teams as Scrum Master. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives). Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile best practices. Track and report progress using Agile metrics. Support enterprise IT and digital transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- 7โ10+ yearsโ experience in Agile roles (Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Project Manager). Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps, JIRA, and Agile tools. Experience leading multi-team, high-profile projects. Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills. Public sector or government experience is a definite asset. Preferred Certifications: CSM, PSM II, SAFe (SSM/SASM), ICP ACC/ATF, PMP, PMI-ACP.
