Responsibilities
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives for multiple pods. Support and guide teams in adhering to Scrum processes and Agile best practices. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met on time. Track progress using Jira and Confluence, report on team performance. Remove impediments to team progress and escalate issues as necessary. Promote continuous improvement and agile maturity within teams. Support onboarding and training initiatives for new team members. Maintain strong communication and relationship-building with team members and stakeholders.
Requirements
2+ years of Scrum Master experience in a technical environment. Proven ability to support multiple pods simultaneously. Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM) is required. Experience with Jira and Confluence tools. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
