About the role
- Lead SCADA network integration and manage full Intel server lifecycle including provisioning, performance tuning, patching, and data centre operations. Provide Tier-2/3 support, capacity planning, and disaster recovery testing.
Responsibilities
- Lead SCADA network integration – technical specifications, MOPs, testing, commissioning & ongoing support. Manage full Intel server lifecycle: provisioning, performance tuning, patching, virus management & hardware refresh. Oversee data centre services (power, cooling, physical security, UPS, escorted access). Provide Tier-2/3 support, capacity planning, disaster recovery testing & service level reporting. Mentor team members and ensure compliance with security, regulatory & operational standards.
Requirements
- ITIL Foundation and ITIL Service Manager certifications (include copies). Minimum 6 years hands-on experience supporting Intel (Windows) server environments. Strong expertise in Microsoft Windows Server, Linux (RHEL), Active Directory, and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM).
