Responsibilities
The Senior Scrum Master will drive the Edge journey within the epiX program, focusing on medium-to-complex Agile initiatives. Responsibilities include coaching development teams on scrum principles, facilitating end-to-end Agile initiatives, managing roadmaps and risks, leading medium-to-large teams in decision-making and conflict resolution, removing impediments, and ensuring transparency through status updates and retrospectives.
Requirements
Must-Have: 3+ years as a Scrum Master in multi-Agile team environments (medium-to-large scale), 5+ years in software development, project management, or business/systems analysis, undergraduate degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent, advanced proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Agile ceremonies, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent. Nice-to-Have: Experience with Digital projects, Scaled Agile Frameworks (e.g., SAFe, Scrum@Scale), background in matrix environments.
