About the role
- Seeking a Senior Technical Product Owner to lead CIAM strategy and execution, owning the roadmap, backlog, and delivery of customer-facing identity capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the CIAM product backlog and prioritization, lead agile teams delivering customer identity capabilities, develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps, evaluate and prioritize epics and user stories, serve as the voice of the customer, coordinate vendor-supported delivery initiatives, define and monitor CIAM performance indicators, collaborate with engineering and architecture teams, drive continuous improvement, and champion automation and AI-enabled delivery practices.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, technical delivery, or related discipline with focus on identity, security, or platform engineering. 3+ years of hands-on experience with CIAM or IAM platforms such as ForgeRock, Ping Identity, Okta, or similar. Deep understanding of authentication and federation protocols (OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SAML, JWT). Strong knowledge of CIAM architecture, identity stores, directory services, token services, and API integrations. Experience delivering customer identity capabilities at scale. Experience in regulated, security-focused environments. Strong technical acumen. Experience managing vendor relationships.
