About the role
- Lead enterprise ServiceNow HAM Pro implementations, including installation, configuration, and optimization. Integrate with other systems and manage hardware asset lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- This position involves leading the installation, configuration, and ongoing optimization of HAM Pro, ensuring seamless integration with other systems and processes to support enterprise asset lifecycle management. Responsibilities include analyzing impacts on other modules, streamlining processes, designing workflows, developing dashboards, executing reconciliation, integrating with discovery/procurement/finance systems, managing asset classes, documenting processes, training stakeholders, and collaborating with teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading enterprise ServiceNow HAM Pro implementations. End-to-end delivery of at least one HAM Pro project. Deep understanding of HAM Pro tables, data models, workflows, and reporting. Knowledge of HAM Pro impacts on ITSM modules. Proficiency with discovery/scanning tools (ServiceNow Discovery, SCCM, Intune, Qualys). Experience integrating with procurement/finance systems like Coupa. Strong background managing hardware asset classes and lifecycle processes. Familiarity with hardware reconciliations and documentation. Excellent stakeholder management and training. Analytical, KPI-driven approach. Experience in regulated industries preferred.
