Responsibilities
- Consultant with strong expertise in discovery, CMDB management, and cloud integrations. Key requirements include: 6+ years of ServiceNow development experience, strong experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB), deep understanding of CMDB design, CI relationships, reconciliation, and normalization, strong knowledge of CSDM, CI lifecycle, and CMDB governance, strong scripting skills in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting, experience with MID Server configuration and troubleshooting, integration experience using REST, SOAP, and APIs, experience integrating ServiceNow with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and enterprise tools.
Requirements
- 6+ years of ServiceNow development experience. Strong experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules: Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB. Deep understanding of CMDB design, CI relationships, reconciliation, and normalization. Strong knowledge of CSDM, CI lifecycle, and CMDB governance.
