About the role
- Sr. Endpoint Infrastructure Consultant for banking project. Design, implement, secure, and manage systems infrastructure in hybrid/cloud environments.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain enterprise systems, servers, and network infrastructure to ensure high availability and security. Configure, install, and upgrade operating systems, including Windows and UNIX/Linux platforms. Implement and enforce security policies, including access controls, firewalls, and vulnerability management. Automate routine tasks using scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash to improve efficiency. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure projects and system integrations. Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and policies. Ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements. Assist in disaster recovery planning and business continuity preparedness. Provide Tier 3 support for complex technical issues impacting systems and infrastructure.
Requirements
- At least 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level systems administration. Strong proficiency with Windows Server, Linux/Unix environments, and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V). Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. Deep knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, and security architectures. Expertise in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Bash, or similar tools. Familiarity with configuration management and deployment tools. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication skills for liaising with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
