About the role
- Seeking a Sr. Product Manager for RBC's Mobile team to own product vision, strategy, and roadmap, driving development and defining scaling for financial products.
Responsibilities
- Define vision and product strategies for solving user needs and problems. Communicate vision and strategies effectively to stakeholders. Build high-quality prototypes. Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders. Work with cross-functional teams. Participate in full product lifecycle. Define KPIs and go-to-market tactics. Work quickly with minimal documentation.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business or Sciences with 3+ years of experience as a product manager. Experience with Mobile experiences (native/web) and development. Understanding of mobile technologies, AI, security, payments. Understanding of sales and acquisition funnels. Strong data and analytics background. Creative thinker, attention to detail, organization skills, customer focus, commitment to quality. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
