About the role
- Junior QA Specialist needed for Ontario government project. Must have experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Azure DevOps, and Postman.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute test cases for functional and non-functional requirements, develop test strategies and test plans, perform API testing and defect tracking, analyze defects and identify root causes, prepare test summary reports and quality metrics, support UAT activities and obtain sign-offs, collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and Stakeholders, work within Agile delivery teams using Azure DevOps.
Requirements
- Must-Have Skills: Hands-on experience supporting testing activities within Microsoft Power Apps environments, experience working in Agile projects using Azure DevOps or JIRA, hands-on experience using Postman for API Testing, experience contributing to QA documentation, test execution reporting, and test artifacts. Nice to Have: Experience testing COTS applications (Curam, Siebel, Oracle eBS, Case Management solutions), experience testing Child Welfare applications, knowledge of SQL, SDLC, ITIL, and AODA compliance requirements.
