• Monitor all designated social media channels daily, including a once-every-24-hours weekend check
• Engage reactively and proactively on client social media channels
• Coordinate and build client communities while maintaining brand tone of voice
• Provide weekly updates on community engagement, content performance, and competitor/industry trends
• Post and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and other platforms
