About the role

Technical Writer/Editor evaluating and improving AI-generated written content for 24-MAG’s remote consulting platform. Scoring responses, applying editorial judgment, and documenting quality rationales.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and compare multiple AI-generated responses to writing prompts
Assess clarity, tone, helpfulness, coherence, and adherence to instructions
Identify differences in writing quality, effectiveness, and instructional value
Assess whether responses communicate information clearly and appropriately
Identify opportunities to improve model-generated written outputs
Provide structured quality scores using defined evaluation criteria
Write concise, well-supported rationales for assessment decisions
Review content for grammar, structure, tone, clarity, relevance, and usability
Identify issues affecting readability, accuracy, coherence, or instructional effectiveness
Document findings accurately within digital review environments
Work independently while managing assigned tasks and deadlines
Collaborate asynchronously with project managers and reviewers
Follow project guidelines and evaluation standards
Contribute writing and editorial expertise to project deliverables

Native-level English fluency with exceptional written communication skills
Demonstrated experience in technical writing, editing, proofreading, content evaluation, or a closely related field
Strong ability to assess clarity, tone, coherence, usefulness, and instructional quality
Excellent critical thinking, analytical judgment, and attention to detail
Familiarity with digital platforms used for content review, annotation, or evaluation
Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and communicate effectively in remote environments
Experience with AI systems or model evaluation is considered a plus but is not required
Must be based in the United States, Canada, or the United Kingdom
