• Meet or exceed designated sales quota in the defined sales territory
• Partner with local channel teams to execute growth initiatives, strategies, and programs
• Develop end-user customers and application processes to drive growth of Industrial Adhesives & Tapes portfolios
• Provide market and customer insights to portfolio managers, marketing, application engineers, and leadership

• Be part of a site EHS Team improving worker safety across four manufacturing facilities
• Guide site leadership to reduce employee hazard exposure and risks
• Develop and guide site-specific health and safety programs
• Impact site investment decisions and focus areas for hearing conservation and chemical and physical hazard exposures
• Support a technical team implementing site changes and improvements
• Address PPE, designated substance control, ventilation management, radiation safety, industrial establishment regulations, risk and exposure assessments, and incident investigation
• Provide input for the annual EHS planning cycle
• Coordinate activities and improvement efforts for overall EHS culture and performance
• Stay current through technical conferences, professional associations, benchmarking, and peer or strategic partner activities
• Monitor regulatory trends related to industrial hygiene affecting site operations
• Contribute to a strong EHS culture by following safety policies, identifying hazards, and engaging in continuous improvement
• Travel approximately 2.5% of the time, potentially including overnight stays
