• Provide quality administrative functions within the facility
• Ensure company policies, safety rules, and regulations are followed
• Provide administrative assistance to the plant and customer service to customers and plant visitors
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints and provide resolutions
• Set up and maintain customer and vendor accounts with management
