- Software Engineer 2 at Abnormal evolving the developer platform, focusing on CI/CD tooling and shared libraries. Collaborating across teams to enhance engineering effectiveness and test infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Design and evolve the internal developer platform
- Own high-leverage projects across CLI tooling, CI/CD, shared libraries, and test infrastructure
- Shape abstractions that are AI-native, consumable by both humans and AI agents
- Collaborate with PM/TPM, infrastructure, and product teams to scope and deliver multi-team initiatives
Requirements
- Strong experience with Python 3.x
- Solid experience with Go
- Protobuf/gRPC schema design
- Experience with Bazel in a large monorepo
- Comfortable working with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure
- Authoring non-trivial CI/CD pipelines
- Hands-on experience configuring linting and typing tools
