About the role

  • Finance Manager owning Achievers’ global e-commerce Marketplace P&L. Building predictive models and guiding margin, revenue, and customer growth decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end global Marketplace P&L, including revenue and expenses, and drive analyses to improve net margin contribution
  • Build and maintain forecasting, enhancement, predictive, share-of-wallet, and customer ARR models
  • Translate revenue and volume targets into customer-tier-level operating plans
  • Partner with Accounting to reconcile reporting discrepancies and improve data integrity
  • Deliver Marketplace forecasting materials for FP&A and Board deliverables
  • Analyze expenses and cost drivers to identify efficiency opportunities and optimize resource allocation
  • Own and standardize executive KPI reporting for senior leadership and Board stakeholders
  • Build and scale Marketplace analytics workflows, documentation, governance, quality controls, and prioritization
  • Forecast existing customer ARR to support NRR targets and renewal and expansion visibility
  • Integrate Finance data with Marketplace redemption data and analyze customer cohorts and behavior
  • Conduct advanced statistical and predictive analysis of redemption volume, margin, and customer behavior
  • Create dashboards and executive presentations covering rebates, commissions, promotions, and KPIs
  • Support RFP positioning, feature pricing, product and partnership ROI assessments, vendor reviews, and scorecards
  • Present Marketplace performance and financial drivers to Customer Success forums and CSM partners
  • Partner with Merchandising, Product, BI, IT, and Marketplace leadership on assortment, roadmap, data, and operational improvements
  • Respond to ad hoc leadership questions and improve peak-period forecasting for float requirements and daily volume swings

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic analytics or FP&A within a fast-paced, data-driven environment
  • Strong background in advanced data analysis, statistical modeling, and predictive forecasting techniques
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and querying languages (SQL)
  • Advanced Excel skills (macros, arrays, pivots, lookups, conditional logic)
  • Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into compelling, executive-ready narratives
  • Deep understanding of P&L dynamics, margin analysis, and revenue forecasting
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive outcomes without direct authority
  • Independent self-starter with a solution-oriented mindset and strong sense of urgency
  • E-commerce, retail, rewards, or marketplace experience is preferred
  • Familiarity with NRR / ARR forecasting and customer retention analytics is preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation is preferred
  • Exposure to Tableau Pulse, Microsoft Copilot, or similar AI-enabled analytics platforms is preferred
