Senior Technical Enablement Manager scaling technical training for Achievers’ employee recognition and rewards platform. Building playbooks, certifications, onboarding, and AI-powered learning for customer-facing teams.
Responsibilities
Design and scale enablement programs for solutions consultants, sales, and post-sales teams
Develop role-specific training tracks, hands-on labs, and competency assessments
Measure ramp velocity and time-to-productivity
Develop and maintain technical playbooks, solution architecture guides, and certifications
Translate feature launches, competitive moves, and go-to-market themes into field-ready content and training
Own technical kickoffs, solution summits, QBRs, and ad-hoc field sessions
Align demo environments, solution libraries, video content, and AI-powered resources with field needs and curricula
Track usage and impact metrics
Prepare technical field teams for releases, new capabilities, and strategic initiatives
Drive beta programs and feedback loops
Create peer-learning and mentorship programs
Explore and implement AI-powered enablement solutions
Requirements
5+ years of experience in technical enablement, Solutions Engineering, technical account management, or equivalent customer-facing technical roles
Demonstrated ability to design and launch training programs, certifications, or onboarding curricula at scale
Experience working directly with technical field teams and understanding their day-to-day challenges and skill gaps
Strong program management and project execution skills with proven ability to own outcomes independently
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills; comfortable influencing peers and leadership across Product, Engineering, GTM, and Sales
Clear communication and ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible, role-appropriate learning experiences
Comfort with data and metrics; ability to measure program effectiveness and iterate based on feedback
Bachelor's degree required
